Story Submission Instructions

To submit a story fill out the form below with the necessary information. Put your full name, email address, location, and a YouTube video link (if one) in the correct fields labeled below.  If you do or do not have a video and you are looking to submit one, please read the "Video Submission Instructions" below.  Videos must be uploaded via a YouTube video link.

Video Submission Instructions - All Videos Must Be Submitted Through YouTube

1. Make a YouTube Account - if you do not have a YouTube account, goto youtube.com and create one.  You can login using your Gmail account if you have one.

2. Upload Your Video - Titling it “Save Summer Hoops - YOUR TITLE” - once your account is created you can click "Upload" to upload the video that you've already created. Here you can type in your "Title", etc. as stated in above with the correct title formatting. (see their instructions for file types that are accepted and file size so that your video uploads correctly)  
 

3. Get Your Link - once your video has been uploaded "successfully" -  they will provide you with a YouTube link that has your video. 

4. Copy and Paste the Link to the Form Below -  Copy this link and paste it into the form in the correct field below with the rest of the fields also filled in correctly and click "Click Here to Submit Your Story".
